CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

Course Purchase
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program(s). You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. All purchases of courses are entitled to a refund within 14 days after purchase and not after. Any courses purchased prior to January 2024, have one-year access only. In order to regain access on a monthly basis to finish an expired course, an Academy Plan can be purchase for $97 monthly.

Membership Purchase
All subscription membership purchases are not entitled to refunds of any kind.If and when free trials are given, a charge will be incurred directly after the end of that free trial that is valid, as the client signed up knowingly, and will in no way be refunded, as the trial period was completed and the client began using our paid services, which are not refundable. Not using a membership does not constitute a full or partial refund. In order not to be charged a full month a customer must give notice prior to being charged for a trial or regular membership 2 days minimal via email  and complete cancelation process on email by responding to customer service.

Coaching Programs an Intensives Cancelation Policy
Cancelation must be done within 72 hours of initially paying in order for the a FULL Refund. A PARTIAL REFUND of 50% is possible up to 7 days after paying. Spots are exclusive and many women had to be turned away in order for each sister to get a spot. We take cancelations very seriously, as many women are in dire need of help. This policy is to be fair to all parties.

Starter Packs and Bundles or Other Digital Products.

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the content and no refunds are possible.
